At London Charm UK, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Below you’ll find details of our shipping options within the UK and worldwide.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery – FREE

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class with delivery confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days for FREE.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).
  • Please note: we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.

Upgraded Delivery Options

  • You can upgrade your delivery service at checkout for a small extra cost.

  • RM Tracked 48® (2-4 days)Order before 1 pm Mon-Fri.

    Tracking number provided at the cost of  £1.55

    RM Tracked 24® (1-2 days) Order before 1 pm Mon-Fri.

    Tracking number provided at the cost of   £2.80

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day)

  • NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Guaranteed) Special Delivery. Order before 1:00 pm Mon-Fri. Tracking number provided.

  • Guaranteed next working-day delivery (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

  • Additional cost applies at checkout.
  • £8.88

Bank Holidays

Orders placed after 11:00 am on the Friday before a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you’re not home, Royal Mail will usually leave a card so you can collect your parcel from your local sorting office.
  • Occasionally, a card may not be left—if your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please check with your local Royal Mail office first.

We use strong, protective packaging to ensure your charms arrive in perfect condition.

International Delivery

We currently ship around the UK; in a few months, our international delivery will be available.
